ComplyStack is an AI-powered platform that generates compliance documents including safety plans, employee handbooks, privacy policies, and other regulatory documents for small businesses. Documents are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as professional-grade templates.

3. No Legal Advice

ComplyStack does not provide legal advice. Generated documents are templates and do not constitute legal counsel. We strongly recommend having all generated documents reviewed by a qualified attorney or compliance professional before use. Milani AI Technologies is not a law firm and does not guarantee that generated documents will meet all legal requirements for your specific situation.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@milaniai.tech.

5. Subscription and Payment

ComplyStack offers subscription plans with varying document generation limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and access continues until the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Document Ownership

Documents generated through the Service belong to you. You retain full ownership and may use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit. Documents generated during a free plan are yours to keep regardless of whether you upgrade.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
Resell generated documents as a competing compliance document service
Submit false or misleading business information
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service outside normal use

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by Milani AI Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milani AI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on generated documents, regulatory non-compliance, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that generated documents will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular regulatory requirement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though documents you have already downloaded remain yours.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
